best suggestion that i could give you is go to TREK.. kaya nila ayusin yan by patching it up with some local materials that they use for their own products and im sure kayang kaya nila ayusin yan.. how ever it will still depend kung papayag sila na gawin yan, pakiusapan mo na lang siguro.. ask for Nonong, sya kasi yung master sewer dun.. or better yet bili ka na lang ng bagong pack sa kanila.. it will last you a lifetime.. pati warranty lifetime din!! i should know cause i've been using their products ever since i started climbing..

i've visited c27 in cartimar last wek and i am very disapointed sa bantay ng store, xa yong semikalbo hindi ko alam kong xa ang owner ng store but he act as one, wala xang paki sa customer and pag nag tanong ka sagutin kalang ng oo at hindi. sana nextym maging ok na kc maganda ang mga products nila pero kong hindi maganda makitungo ang tao ng store mawawalan din ng ganang bumili ang mga customer.

Third, buy a proper backpacking tent (with a canopy and a rainfly) instead of a single-wall beach tent. When pitching it, make sure to guy out the fly so it is taut and does not come in contact with the inner tent wall.
To protect your tent floor, buy a groundsheet -- a cheap tarp or even a shower curtain is better than letting the floor come in contact with the bare camp ground, where it could get punctured by thorns, rocks, protruding roots, or even pine cones.

Not too many choices locally, but quite a lot of people in my club who shop for value use Apexus tadpoles and Jetstream modified domes, or keep them as their second tents. For imported brands that are sometimes sold locally I personally like the low-slung and wind-shedding TNF tadpole and use it as a solo tent. If money is no object and you do not usually camp out during a storm I suggest you go for the MSR Hubba series.

Alam nyo po ba ang tel no ng TREK yung kay Bobby na malapit sa LRT Station, ilang beses na akong tumatawag from Australia hindi nila ako marining :( dun kami bumibili ng gamit sa Fire Rescue Department, maganda kausap ang mga staff, at dun din ako nagpasadya ng backpack na 55 0r 65L, kaya balak ko magpagawa ulit, inarbor ng kaibigan ko, nagandahan, san ko daw binili!?!?!:):):) Kung alam nyo po tel no TREK, or their email/website, pls let me know, maraming salamat po.
