@Edwin
Hkakabo-Razi is the highest peak in SEA…(it's in Burma/Myanmar). The first and probably last recorded summiting of this lower end of the Himalayas is that of the Japanese guy Ozaki who purportedly had to shell out a lot of dough just to get to the summit. Due to political instability and other security concerns Hkakabo-razi remains to be one of the most elusive mountains to visit.
Second on the list is Puncak Jaya (Carstensz Pyramid) which is at the boundary between Papuan New Guinea and Indonesia. Indonesia being a part of SEA makes Puncak Jaya a technical 2nd in SEA. It is also one of the glorified SEVEN SUMMITS.
Two other Indonesian peaks will enter the list before Kota Kinabalu lands at number five.
There could be discrepancies in records so you may do your own research.

wow super mahal naman ang 21k/pax. been there on the summit July last year and i made my own reservations for 2 pax for the Laban Rata accommodation. Expenses namin including yung lahat ng fees nila na sobrang dami plus plane tickets with air asia is only 20k. siguro tumaas na naman yung accommodation nila..

maganda experience dun so join na kayo!
